Log into your Rezoni account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous barcodes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
